How long does it take to build a custom home?

Most custom homes take 10–14 months from groundbreaking to move-in. The design and permitting phase adds 2–4 months. We'll give you a detailed timeline specific to your project.

What areas do you build in?

We build in Hayden, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, and all of North Idaho, as well as Spokane and the greater Spokane Valley in Washington.

Do you design Aging in Place homes?

Yes! We specialize in Aging in Place forever homes that incorporate universal design principles — beautiful and functional for every stage of life, without compromising on style.

Do I need to own land before starting?

Not necessarily. We can help guide you through lot selection and have relationships with local realtors. We can advise on what to look for in a building lot.

How does your online project management work?

You'll receive Buildertrend credentials when your project starts. From there, view your schedule, see daily photos, communicate with your team, review budgets, and approve change orders — from any device.
