Who We Are

About Sullivan Homes

Three generations of local homebuilders delivering custom forever homes with transparency, craftsmanship, and genuine care for our clients.

Our Story

Your Home Should Just Feel Right

Sullivan Homes was founded in 1993 with a simple but powerful belief: building a custom home should be an exciting, empowering experience — not a stressful, opaque ordeal.

With three generations of homebuilding expertise behind us, we've learned that the best homes come from the best relationships. We serve families across Hayden, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Spokane, and all of North Idaho.

Over two decades, we've refined every aspect of the homebuilding journey — from our in-house design studio and 3D CAD visualization to our real-time digital project management system that keeps you connected every step of the way.

We take pride in our Aging in Place designs — forever homes that adapt to your lifestyle as your needs change, providing safety, comfort, and style for every stage of life.

What Drives Us

Our Core Values

These aren't just words on a wall — they're the principles we live and build by every day.

Transparency First

We believe honesty and transparency are the foundation of every great home and every great relationship. No surprises, ever.

Craftsmanship

Each home is built by skilled tradespeople who take deep pride in their work. Quality isn't an afterthought — it's built in from day one.

Partnership

From vendors and subcontractors to investors and clients — great partnerships require clear communication and understanding each other's needs.

Design Controls Cost

We design every home in-house using our 'value added' process to maximize space and minimize cost. Control the design, control the cost.
